3 Star Recruit Zuri Madison Commits to Arkansas Instead of WVU and Miami
West Virginia University (WVU) faced a setback in their recruiting efforts as Zuri Madison, a talented offensive lineman from Lexington, KY, announced that he will be playing college football for the University of Arkansas. Despite WVU’s recent success in recruiting, Madison decided to join the Razorbacks.
Madison announced the news on social media with the caption, “I am blessed to say that I have committed To University of Arkansas ???? @CoachSamPittman @CoachCKennedy @RazorbackFB @FDouglassFB @coachnatemcpeek @Rivals @SeanW_Rivals GO HOGS?? #WPS #57??LLD.”

Madison, who is considered a top prospect in the class of 2024, had received offers from Miami (FL), West Virginia, and other schools like Duke, Illinois, Kentucky, Toledo, and Western Michigan. However, after careful consideration, he ultimately chose Arkansas as his destination.
In addition to Madison, there are a few other offensive line recruits to watch out for in the class of 2024. Some notable names include Robby Martin from Huntington, WV, Moritz Schmoranzer from Roanoke, VA, Ryan Howerton from Laurel, MD, and Khalil House from Warner Robins, GA.
Even though WVU didn’t secure Madison’s commitment, they are actively pursuing other talented players as they continue their recruiting efforts.
